  •  PVC PIPE IS MOUNTED TO FRAMING MEMBERS (FLOOR JOISTS) OR THE FOUNDATION WALL WITH UNISTRUT AND PIPE CLAMPS. 


  •  SUCTION HOLES ARE PLACED WITH FUTURE BASEMENT REMODELS IN MIND IF BASEMENT IS UNFINISHED. 


  • AT LEAST 5-10 GALLONS OF SUB-SLAB MATERIAL IS EXCAVATED FROM THE SUCTION HOLE AND HA ULED AWAY FROM THE JOB SITE. 


  •  ALL ACCESSIBLE COLD-JOINTS ARE PREPPED AND CAULKED NEATLY WITH GRAY CONCRETE/MASONRY CAULK. 


  •  ALL ACCESSIBLE CONTROL CUTS ARE FILLED WITH GRAY CONCRETE/MASONRY CAULK AND NEATLY FINISHED. 


  •  ALL FLOOR CRACKS (EXCLUDING HAIRLINE FLOOR CRACKS) ARE FILLED WITH GRAY CONCRETE/MASONRY CAULK AND TOOLED SMOOTH. 


  • ANYTHING PROTRUDING THROUGH THE CONCRETE FLOOR OR FOUNDATION WALLS IS SEALED WITH CAULKS OR EXPANDING FOAM SEALANTS IF VOIDS ARE PRESENT.
