- ALL ACCESSIBLE CONTROL CUTS ARE FILLED WITH GRAY CONCRETE/MASONRY CAULK AND NEATLY FINISHED.
- ALL FLOOR CRACKS (EXCLUDING HAIRLINE FLOOR CRACKS) ARE FILLED WITH GRAY CONCRETE/MASONRY CAULK AND TOOLED SMOOTH.
- ANYTHING PROTRUDING THROUGH THE CONCRETE FLOOR OR FOUNDATION WALLS IS SEALED WITH CAULKS OR EXPANDING FOAM SEALANTS IF VOIDS ARE PRESENT.
